Delivery of Goods Policy |

Subject to availability and receipt of
payment, requests will be processed within 3 business days
and delivery confirmed by way of e-mail. |

Stock Availability |

Due to the seasonal nature of the products we
use in our gifts LekkerBek cannot always guarantee
availability of stock. Goods may be substituted if needed
with similarly priced alternative goods. We will however
always inform you of such an occurrence. |

Orders placed with LekkerBek constitute your
offer to purchase subject to these Term and Conditions.
LekkerBek will be under no liability for any order received
until the order is accepted by e-mail by means of an order
acceptance. |

Prices of Goods are Exclusive of VAT and do
not include Delivery Fees, where applicable. |

Payment and Payment Options |

|
By submitting your order, you warrant that
you are over the age of eighteen and authorized to make
payment into LekkerBek’s account.
Full payment must reflect in LekkerBek’s
account before any goods are despatched.
The payment for Goods shall be the essence of
the contract. If payment is not received, there will be no
delivery. For large corporate orders a deposit of 50% of the
total amount will be required upon the placement of the
order.
Payments may be made by Electronic Bank
Transfer (EFT) or a direct cash deposit, into the specified
bank account on the issued invoice. |

Outlet Country and Transaction Currency |

The merchant outlet country at the time of
presenting payment options to the cardholder is South
Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Cancellation of Orders and Refunds Policy |

Cancellation of orders placed and paid
for, but not dispatched will be refunded less an
administration fee of R75.00.
If goods are damaged, lost or an incorrect
order has been dispatched we would need verification within
3 days of delivery before resending goods free of charge.
If courier is not able to deliver due to
incorrect information given or recipient not being available
to receive goods, a redelivery fee of R60.00 will be
charged. |

indirectly in anyway and understand the legal implications
thereof. Should I be found to be in violation of this
agreement I understand that I will be held liable for all
legal costs incurred by LekkerBek Hampers for any civil
action or any legal action deemed necessary against me. |

Force Majeure/ Delivery
|

LekkerBek will exercise every reasonable
effort to meet any quoted or agreed dispatch date. LekkerBek
shall not however be liable for any loss or damage due to
delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond
its reasonable control, such as but not limited to
compliance with laws or regulations, acts of God, acts of
omissions of the Purchaser, acts of civil or military
authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or
suppliers, availability of stock, labour disputes, failure
or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots. For
verification purposes, the person accepting delivery at the
delivery address may be required to produce a form of
identification. Any person other than yourself who receives
the Products at the delivery address is conclusively
presumed to be authorised to accept delivery on your behalf.
LekkerBek has outsourced all delivery and collection
arrangements. Accordingly, LekkerBek shall not be liable for
any damage suffered or loss incurred by reason of any acts
or omissions of the deliverer, its directors, employees,
sub-contractors, agents, representatives and/or affiliates. |
